Defective goods / damaged shipments

For damaged goods:

- Damaged goods can be returned to Villa Mangiacane within 10 days of delivery.

- Shipping and packaging costs for returning defective goods are the responsibility of the customer.

- The defective goods will be replaced by Villa Mangiacane with an identical item or, if no longer available, with an item of equivalent value

- We kindly ask you to send us some photos of the damaged goods to the following address: winesales@mangiacane.com

For damaged shipments:

- If the order consists of multiple items, return only the damaged packages to Villa Mangiacane by signing the courier's transport document and inserting the wording "with reserve".

- If the order consists of only one damaged item, return the entire package to Villa Mangiacane.

- We kindly ask you to send us some photos of the damaged goods to the following address: winesales@mangiacane.com

If the goods to be replaced are out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement and if you cannot find an alternative product in our catalog we will refund the amount paid. Any shipping costs for the return of damaged packages and for the delivery of replacement items will be borne exclusively by us.
