We grow our vineyards and olive groves with organic methods. We are

    Winemaking is the key process in wine
    production. It requires great skills and extreme precision. At Mangiacane we
    also dared to go a bit further and, along the traditional barriques, we started
    use different types of amphorae to age some of our best wines, achieving
    exceptional results.


    The bottling process of is a careful and meticulous job. At Mangiacane it is given a lot of importance and it is managed with great care to preserve the distinctive characteristics of each of our wine.
