MALCHIODO White (Petnat)

Denomination: IGT Toscana white

Blend: Trebbiano, Malvasia

Vinification : classic white fermentation with up to approximately 12 grams of residual sugar. Bottling follows and continuous fermentation in the bottle. This second step allows the Co2 that remains trapped to give a pleasant effervescence.

Sensory notes : Color from greenish to golden straw reflections. The nose is fresh and complex, with floral notes of lime, mineral notes and vegetal nuances of green olives. Citrus background. On the palate, a beautiful mineral sensation, with a good, harmonious and decisive body. Good acidity. Turbid by nature, possible presence of sediment.
