The Winery

Just 12 km south of Florence, Villa Mangiacane is located in the small village of Sant'Andrea in Percussina, in the heart of Chianti Classico.
The estate extends from San Casciano in Val di Pesa to Greve in Chianti. The current cellar of Villa Mangiacane, renovated in 2005, is equipped with measures aimed at pursuing quality in every phase of production: selection of grapes, rigorously chosen and harvested manually, selection of grapes with special roller technology, control of fermentation temperatures. A profound love and respect for the surrounding nature and the preservation of its uniqueness and authenticity are the basis of the company's philosophy which is converted to strictly exclusively organic and biodynamic agriculture.
