Vinification: in steel for 3 months, then in the bottle

Sensory notes: rich and bright straw yellow. The bouquet is characterized by floral and fruity notes enriched by fascinating mineral nuances. On the palate it is clearly fresh and mineral, very pleasant to drink and full of character, with intense fruity notes among which citrus fruits stand out. Of good structure. Persistent finish, consistent with the notes perceived on the nose. Serving temperature: 8 -10°C.
